The service
Mission-critical radio technology only works well when the people using it understand it. For every project we offer training programmes tailored to three profiles: control room operators (dispatch system use, channel management, emergency procedures), field technicians (maintenance of radio and DAS systems, use of measurement instruments), and system administrators (advanced platform configuration, user management, access control, and backup).
Sessions are delivered on-site at the customer's premises or remotely, in Italian and English, with tailored course materials and practical exercises on dedicated simulators or real test environments. At the end of each course we issue a certificate of attendance and an internal competency certification.

Needs analysis
Discussion with the customer to define the profiles to train, baseline knowledge level, and learning objectives.

Tailored course materials
Preparation of slides, manuals, and exercises targeted at the system actually installed at the customer's site.

Classroom or remote sessions
Sessions delivered by certified Teleproject instructors, at the customer's site, at our premises, or remotely.

Final assessment & internal certification
Competency check, issue of certificate of attendance, and post-course support.
