The service

A mission-critical radio network cannot be installed and forgotten. For our customers we offer SLA maintenance contracts with guaranteed response times, 24/7 on-call availability, and qualified technical support. The ability to respond within 24 h of a call-out is one of our long-standing commitments — one we have honoured for more than twenty years.

Maintenance covers corrective (fault response with contracted resolution times), preventive (scheduled inspections, operational parameter checks, and firmware updates), and 24/7 remote monitoring via our Track-TP platform. All installations are covered by on-call availability, with dedicated technical teams distributed across the territory.

The process we follow for every customer of this service — from the initial briefing to delivery.

  1. Step 01

    SLA agreement

    Definition of service levels: response times, on-call windows, scope of coverage, and contractual penalties.

  2. Step 02

    Scheduled inspections

    Preventive maintenance with periodic inspections, operational parameter checks, and firmware updates on equipment.

  3. Step 03

    24/7 monitoring

    Remote supervision of installations via Track-TP, with multi-channel alarms and configurable dashboards per customer.

  4. Step 04

    On-site intervention

    Dedicated field crews, always-available spare parts inventory, and the capability to respond within 24 h of a request.

    Continuous supervision of installations via the Track-TP platform, with alerts via email, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

    Critical equipment spares held in stock to minimise restoration time in the event of failure.

  • Firmware upgrades
