The product

The command center for mission-critical communications.

Respondr is the mission-critical dispatching platform developed by Teleproject. It provides an integrated solution for managing analogue, digital, and IP radio networks — TETRA, DMR Tier II and Tier III, P25, VHF/UHF, Push-to-Talk over cellular (PoC) — in a single operational interface, proven across some of the most demanding networks in the sector.

The platform is available in three deployment configurations: cloud on AWS with data residency in the customer's country, on-premises on a dedicated Linux server, or in a hybrid configuration. It includes a web operator console (with enterprise SSO authentication) and a native desktop client (Windows, Linux, macOS), PTT mobile apps for Android and iOS, and an integrated voice recording system — all designed around the specific requirements of customers in the motorway, public administration, and emergency services sectors.

The product

What it does.

IP operator console for managing multi-protocol radio communications in real time, with full traceability and built-in redundancy.

Unifies your existing radios

TETRA, DMR, P25, VHF/UHF, and PoC in a single interface. Radios already in the field stay operational; new ones are added without replacing anything.

24/7 dispatching

Operator console via web (with enterprise SSO) or desktop client for Windows, Linux, and macOS. Designed for control rooms staffed around the clock.

Security by design

TLS 1.3 and AES-256 encryption on every communication. Compliant with ISA/IEC 62443-3-3 SL2 and NIS2, with data remaining in the customer’s country.

Architecture

How it all connects.

The central Respondr server unifies analogue and digital radio networks, SIP telephony, voice recording, the operator console, and the mobile app into a single operational flow.

Respondr system architecture: the central server connects aeronautical VHF, VHF/UHF, TETRA and DMR networks, SIP PBX, voice recorder, operator console, and mobile app
Radio technologies managed by Respondr: TETRA, DMR, aeronautical VHF, and VHF
Radio technologies

One platform, all radio technologies.

Respondr speaks the language of every network: digital trunking, conventional digital, and analogue, through to aeronautical and maritime bands. Installed radios stay operational.

TETRA
Digital trunking for professional networks
DMR
Tier II and Tier III
Analogue VHF/UHF
PMR and P25
Aeronautical and maritime VHF
Dedicated bands for tower, apron, and maritime
Respondr geographic redundancy: active servers at multiple sites with automatic failover
Operational continuity

Geographic redundancy and automatic failover.

Respondr servers are distributed across multiple sites. If a node fails, service is not interrupted: operators continue on the secondary node, the session stays active, and the communication history is not lost.

Active / Standby with continuous node monitoring
Audit log
Synchronous replication between nodes, integrity guaranteed
