Teleproject Srl — Via Aurelia Sud snc, 19021 Arcola (SP), Italy. Email: info@teleproject.it · PEC: teleproject@pec.teleproject.it · Phone: +39 0187 955205.
Teleproject Srl has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as the mandatory conditions under art. 37 GDPR do not apply. For any matter relating to the processing of personal data and for exercising data subject rights, you may write to info@teleproject.it or teleproject@pec.teleproject.it.
Data processed
When you interact with this site, Teleproject processes:
- Navigation data — IP address (collected in truncated form, with the last octet zeroed), access logs, user agent, pages visited, country of origin code — collected automatically by the web servers and the hosting platform for security, abuse prevention, and technical diagnostics.
- Contact data provided voluntarily — first name, last name, company name, email address, phone number, subject and content of the message, originating page, and any campaign parameters (UTM) — when you fill in the information request form or write to one of our email addresses.
- Datasheet request data — name, email address, company name, job role, and any message — when you request the download of a restricted technical datasheet. The document is delivered after manual review and approval by our staff.
- Technical and analytics cookies — see the Cookie Policy page.
We do not process special categories of data (art. 9 GDPR). Please do not enter sensitive data in the free-text fields of the forms.
Purposes of processing
Data is processed to:
- Respond to information requests and manage any pre-contractual relationships.
- Handle requests to download restricted technical datasheets.
- Comply with accounting, tax, and contractual legal obligations.
- Ensure the security of the site and IT systems and prevent abuse and spam.
- With explicit consent, collect aggregate site usage statistics.
Legal basis
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR) — for information and datasheet requests.
- Legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR) — for accounting and tax compliance.
- Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) — for system security and abuse prevention; the interest pursued is the protection of the infrastructure and of users.
- Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) — for analytics, functionality, and marketing cookies.
Nature of the provision
Providing contact and datasheet request data is optional, but failure to provide the required fields (marked in the form) makes it impossible to act on the request. The navigation data necessary for the security and operation of the site is collected automatically and is essential to using the pages.
Retention
- Contact data from the form: 24 months from the last contact, save for subsequent contractual relationships.
- Datasheet request data: 24 months from the request, save for the establishment of a business relationship.
- Security logs and navigation data: 12 months.
- Accounting and tax records: 10 years, as required by Italian law.
At the end of the periods indicated, the data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
Recipients and external processors
Data may be processed on our behalf, under an agreement pursuant to art. 28 GDPR, by the following categories of external processors:
- Site hosting and distribution — Vercel Inc. (United States).
- Request database — Neon Inc. (United States), which hosts the database where requests submitted through the forms are stored.

- Anti-spam protection — Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), for the Turnstile service on the forms.
- Usage statistics — Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, Google Maps) and Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), activated only after consent.
Data may also be disclosed to professionals and consultants (accountants, lawyers) and to public authorities where required by law. The data is not disseminated or sold to third parties. The up-to-date, named list of data processors is available on request by writing to info@teleproject.it.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of the providers indicated above are based in the United States or other third countries. Transfers take place under adequate safeguards pursuant to Chapter V of the GDPR:

- Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, supplemented by additional measures where necessary.
A copy of the safeguards adopted is available on request.
