The service

For our customers we aim to be a single point of contact responsible for the entire project lifecycle — from the tender specification through to final acceptance testing and long-term maintenance. Our Project Management function coordinates suppliers, manages site works, and provides a single named contact for the customer throughout the project.

We operate as a turnkey supplier holding SOA OS 19 Category II (N. 27204/16/00) for Italian public tenders in the telecommunications installations sector, and ISO 9001:2015 (IT23-06005A) applied to all projects. Our experience includes multi-year programmes for Autostrade per l'Italia across nine Territorial Directorates and the CNEV.

The process

The process we follow for every customer of this service — from the initial briefing to delivery.

  1. Step 01

    Tender specification & requirements

    Analysis of the tender specification, definition of project requirements, operational constraints, and service objectives.

  2. Step 02

    Design

    Radio coverage study, detailed design, BOM, and technical documentation. Coordination with the customer's designers.

  3. Step 03

    Supply & logistics

    Order management, delivery logistics, and site inventory management. Coordination with sub-suppliers.

  4. Step 04

    Site works

    Site management with Teleproject personnel. Management of regulatory authorisations and workplace safety.

  5. Step 05

    Acceptance test

    RF commissioning, coverage tests, drive tests, and functional validation. As-built documentation and signed acceptance report.

  6. Step 06

    Ongoing support

    SLA maintenance contract, training for operational staff, and post-launch production support.

    Overall planning document with WBS, schedule, milestones, deliverables, and responsible parties for each activity.

  • Works schedule

    Gantt chart updated periodically, tracking progress and managing dependencies.

    Site management by Teleproject personnel, coordination of sub-suppliers, and handling of regulatory authorisations.

  • Single point of contact

    A dedicated Project Manager as the customer's single point of contact for the full duration of the project.

  • Handover documentation

    As-built documentation, operating manuals, acceptance reports, and operating licences compiled into a structured dossier.

  • SLA contract

    Maintenance contract calibrated to the criticality of the installation, with guaranteed response times and 24/7 on-call availability.
