Installation technician — DMR and TETRA systems

You install and commission DMR and TETRA radio systems in the field — tunnels, control rooms, and radio sites — alongside our technical team.

Requirements

  • Experience with, or strong interest in, radio system installation
  • Basic knowledge of the PMR radio sector for emergency services
  • Resident or based in the province of La Spezia or Massa-Carrara
  • Available for on-site work
  • Smart working 1-2 days a week, depending on the projects
  • Knowledge of Italian and intermediate knowledge of English

Sales Engineer

You drive business development and pre-sales technical support for our mission-critical radio systems and dispatch solutions, in Italy and across Europe.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, preferably in a technical/B2B setting
  • Basic technical knowledge of PMR systems for emergency services and of dispatch software
  • Available for national and European travel
  • Based in the province of La Spezia or Massa-Carrara
  • Knowledge of Italian and a good command of English

Junior software developer

You support the team in developing the web, desktop, and mobile platforms of Respondr — our mission-critical dispatch platform — on an Angular and .NET stack.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of TypeScript and Angular (or a similar framework such as React)
  • Some grounding in C# / .NET, or strong motivation to learn it
  • Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and web development
  • Eager to grow on real-time, mission-critical applications
  • Knowledge of Italian and intermediate knowledge of English

Senior software developer

You design and build the real-time components of Respondr: PTT audio routing, signaling, and integration with gateways and radio networks (DMR, TETRA, analog).

Requirements

  • Solid experience building real-time systems with C# / .NET and ASP.NET Core
  • Knowledge of real-time audio and network protocols: RTP, SIP, streaming over SignalR/WebSocket and QUIC (HTTP/3)
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and EF Core; knowledge of Angular is a plus
  • Attention to application security (JWT, MFA/TOTP, OIDC, TLS)
  • Knowledge of Italian and intermediate knowledge of English
